Lovin it...

Took the top off yesterday! This is my frist time, so hope I folded and secured the top the right way! To be safe, I used bungee cords to secure the frame and top down.

I feel silly asking this, but where is the rear track bar? I can't spot it at all? Can I see it from the back? or from the center of the jeep? :(

Break my back ride!!

My 88YJ has about 2.5"-4" lift with 33"/10.5/15 tires. Motor runs as smooth as butter now so that's a happy story. My problem is the ride quality, even the smallest crack on the street jolts the hell...

It is super easy if just the valve and rubber...

It is super easy if just the valve and rubber connector needs to be replaced. You may have to drop tank if the rubber hose needs replaced as well, not sure if you can squeeze your hand over the tank....

Good news, I just called my local Jeep...

Good news, I just called my local Jeep dealership....and they were able to get me the parts. Remember, you need two parts
1. Roll over valve (also called vent valve sometimes) -$12 - 2 week delivery...

Fuel leak!!

might have had too much fun this past weekend, was driving around at 70-75mph!! Last night jeep was leaking fuel from the rear passenger side, dripping actually. I couldn't really see where the leak...

The tires touch at almost full lock, kinda when I turn to park. It really doesn't bother me, I turn in such a way that I never have to lock my steering.

My 33" tires on stock wheel is mounted onto the stock tire carrier, but it kind of wobbles around a bit. My tail gate requires slight pushing to lock into place, but sags out a bit.

My 1988 jeep has a "4WD" indicator in the same area as brake, seatbelt indicators are.
It takes my jeep few mins to turn this indicator on or off.
