before you cut the bolts...have you tried soaking...

before you cut the bolts...have you tried soaking them with BP blaster overnight?? Some liquid graphite may also help. If i were you, I wouldn't cut anything on the frame and try to take the skid...

was able to swap out the unit...jeep fired right...

the release bearing would make that noise no matter what temp. I JUST swapped mine out like 6 months ago so I doubt thats my issue but it could be..i wont put anything passed new parts..

I think i have narrowed down my issue to the spring clip on the fork that connects it to the ball on the passenger side... I am replacing it this weekend and will keep yall posted..

rear fender holes

Ok so I removed the plastic fender flares from my rubicon. The bolt holes look very bad. I don't "want" to cut the stock fender wells up and I dont wanna spend a but load of money on this project...

Put an Aussie in my buddies 01 TJ. You can swap the axle shafts if you want...it would be a good time to do so...just be sure to check the inner axle seals for rips before you put the diff cover...
