When mine was stock, it had 30x9.5 tires and I never had them rub. Granted I didn't take it on the more difficult trails then (for obvious reasons)

Don't know what the manual says, but I try to keep it under 45 or 50 in 4hi. And in 4lo I don't go above second gear, and that's if I'm letting it idle down a trail

Triple checked the fuses tonight. turns out the "left turn" fuse was blown. replaced it with a good one and I have brake lights! hope this can help someone down the road
