I was a little nervous but got over it. Each louver has about 24 holes to drill and then pop rivet in place. There is no screen under the louver but it would be easy enough to do. I'm still shocked...

Engine Compartment Heat...gone!

My 99 TJ would get so hot in the engine compartment that whenever I stopped I couldn't put my hand on the outside of the hood without getting burned. So I decided to install a set of Run Cool Hood...

Water leaking when parked - what's up

I used HushMat sold by Summit Racing, it is used for sound but also great thermal insulation and reduces engine heat on the trans hump. Two sheets 12.1x23'' peel and stick application.

Fan Clutch or Flex Fan...Which is better?

I'm replacing my water pump shortly and I was wondering if the heavy fan clutch wouldn't be better under a bench and a light weight flex fan in its place. Any thoughts on this?

Offroading Around Newport/Florence Oregon

Yes, looks like frame extensions for the short TJ front end for better fit for a winch. Don't know if anyone has done this. I called Rokmen a dozen times but kept getting a recording.
