They look good on 4 door Jeeps. My only complaint about mine was they rubbed the paint off in the door sill after a while so having a gap there is a good thing.

You can use 4 hi on the freeway and go as fast as you want and it won't hurt anything except your gas milage. If you're in 4 hi because theres snow on the ground you probably won't be driving as fast...
