Follow-up to grill removal procedure

I just completed the installation of the new Philips bulbs. I installed a new bulb in the left side, left the OEM bulb in the right side, turned on the headlights (in my closed garage) and compared....

Since the post you referenced is from 5/2009, it's a safe bet that the owner's manual cited is from the one of the model years between 2007 and 2010.

In my 2013 owner's manual, the cited...

Thanks; didn't realize it wasn't a JK install. I plan to live with the current mods for a while (probably indefinitely). As I mentioned before, the new sub isn't broken in yet, I'm not a "bass head,"...

I get the "sounds weak" part, but the "lingers in the cargo area" part seems a little strange. And if he's implying that a single sub configuration is insufficient, it's not clear to me how just...

My experience pretty much mirrors Deitrick1's first paragraph above, although my Alpine-equipped Wrangler is a 2013 JKUS with the 730N head unit.

I agree, but every dealer in my area (there are 4) wanted about the same amount (~ $105) to do the programming, and all required that the camera be hooked up first.

It wasn't worth my time to...

Still going strong after 4 years

I bought a black SWS JKU TrailMesh 4 years ago, and it has lasted across 3 JKU Saharas (2008, 2011, 2013). We only use it in the spring and fall when the soft top is on. (We run with the hardtop...

I've driven a total of about 32k miles on the stock 18" Sahara wheels / Bridgestone Dueler AT tires combo across three JKUs (2008, 2011, 2013). At about 800 miles on the 2013, I replaced the stock...
