I know you've said you checked fuses, just double checking did you check the fuses at BOTH points? Behind the glove box Fuse number 13 Red 10 Amp as well as under the hood in the Power distribution...

Probably is your resistor, the resistor controls all the lower speeds of your fan. High speed is ran direct so that is why it still works

I'm not sure about those but I have the Raxiom LED blubs from Extremeterrain.com they aren't too much more and have a lifetime warranty unlike the superbrights 2 year.

Plus I've had good luck...
