I replaced my 3-switch panel a couple of years ago.... rockauto.com can ship you that part (not OEM) for about half the price of the Mopar. Still working great!

Also... check the drain plug on your radiator. Mine leaked a few years ago and I had to replace the drain plug which is made of plastic and subject to potential failure.

Drill out the broken screws, I did this with a regular old drill bit, it doesn't require any fancy bit. Install slightly larger diameter self-tapping...

ah... I also see it listed as "PVC Elbow". CCV stands for crankcase vent. They are both the same part.
Make sure you get new rubber seals as well....
