AutoZone is warranting out the whole kit....

AutoZone is warranting out the whole kit. Orilly's has an all metal throw out bearing so I'm gonna replace the pressure plate, clutch etc with the new AutoZone kit but put the metal orilley's throw...

Yup, Water Dog you are right. Ear broke off the throw out bearing and scored a big grove in the clutch fork. I guess that's what was hitting if I pushed the pedal all the way in.

I've got everything off, just need to pull the bolts and slide the tranny out. I'm quitting...

My vote is for a bad clutch. I changed mine back in March. It wasn't too difficult. Get a transmission adapter for your floor jack.
