3" lift isn't enough to fit 35" tires unless you have high clearance fenders....
You'll need a lot more to properly run 35's, beefy axles and regeared, upgraded steering and brakes.

I checked mine after finishing water pump and oil change. Nice surprise they were the good ones (double platinum autolites) , looked brand new, and gapped properly.

Check both ends of track bar.
Check input vs output at gearbox. Should be no delay or slop.

Not sure on the springs (previous owner had a bit of everything on it). Shocks are rancho 7000mt, savvy aluminum upper control arms front and rear. Metalcloak front and rear track bars.

Isn't there another relay that you can swap in as a test.... I thought the horn relay was the same as the one for the ignition, or something like that.... I can't remember for sure

Other than that, most of that stuff runs through the MFS.
