The diameter of a 205 is only about 26.1 inches, but, with stock suspension, you should be able to run up to a 31 inch tire w/o rubbing, and the should work fine with the 15 x 6 wheels for 30's.

Did you check the oil to see if it was even low before you put in five more quarts? It probably has 10 quarts in it now. :)

You can drain the oil and just put five quarts back in.
