If you are installing harness belts you will want to drill and tap the mounting brackets before you powder...

The firefly is the same as the firestik only far more flexible. Also ditch the cobra mic. Get a decent mic with noise...

Crank sensor or cam sensor? 97's have a distributor so the cam position sensor is under the distributor cap. It's actually called the Coil pick up sensor.

Either could cause a problem.

I agree with you 100% RCV is not the only one building quality parts in the US. I don't think you'll go wrong with any upgrade over the stock axles.

Not in my TJ. I run Yukon axles with the Spicer joints mentioned by Sir Jerry. At full turn they hop, skip and bite just like every other U joint.

Not starting. No fuel. Checked wiring all good. Jumped relay pump runs so wiring and pup good.

No spark. Checked Crank and Cam sensor(pick up on 97). Both good....

Pulled the fuel tank out today. Need to replace the fuel pump/regulator assembly. Tank straps rusted away need two of them also. Great time to install the UCF aluminum tank skid. Pics soon.

He did what he could. He would often take an easier line when available or a bypass of a difficult obstacle. But with good spotters and some common sense he handled his stock Jeep very well.
