Yep a code does not always tell you that a certain part has failed, it tells you there is a problem in that part of the system. It's telling you for what ever reason the computer cannot compensate...

Along with Jerry's advice, which as always is great, another item to look at with all the stuff you've replaced, is the clutch pedal switch. If the switch is faulty it won't let the engine start....

If you didn't the pulley will be out of alignment with the rest of the pulleys/belt.

And make darn sure when you glue the tab back on that you have it facing the correct orientation. Only time it is 100% guaranteed that it will stick and not want to come off is when you installed it...
