Good work. I hate the smack forehead moments but they are the fix I would prefer. It's been a while since I have done sound work but sometimes the RCA voltage is too low.

That is a good point. I have a stock jeep so I think I would put 3-6 gallons of fuel or water on mine. No way I would do it with something like a 33" tire and another 30lbs of liquid.

Zero experience on this however I read it on here a lot and that is to gravity bleed the clutch. Pop the screw loose and let it drip and make sure the master does not run empty.

Does the jeep have a trailer wiring harness. Seems lately some people have been having issues with them causing lighting issues. As for the melt make sure that someone didn't shove a larger amp fuse...

Don't have the exact answer to your question but worth a bump. I have ac in my 94. Are you sealed up real well? I would think it could be pulling in more hot air from outside while at highway speed.

Sounds like great progress. Send your son over and he can do tear down and and reassembly. I have had my d shaft out three times in the last year and I keep putting that seal off.
