i've actually seen that enforced once, guy with an f250, dont remember how high it was exactly, but was ridiculous. he just had a sub frame welded all the way around to "lower the frame"

i'd just go with a keyed switch or a magnetic switch. hide it behind the dash, hold a magnet to it to operate it on or off, keep the magnet on your keychain. no one would ever know.
