I had the same experience with mine, pre-lift. They only give a level swaybar when adjusted to the shortest possible length.

I have the Rancho skid. It is attached to the oil pan with rtv and has been solid for two years. I haven't hit any rocks with it, though, so can't rate its performance yet.

I didn't measure it, but it looks an inch or so higher and sits level. It doesn't seem to have sagged at all in the past year, unlike the stock springs.

I can't figure out what they did, but on mine there is triangular bracket that relocates the stabilizer above the tie rod. It is held in place by the trackbar bolt and some other smaller bolts.

The Congo Cage attaches to the frame in the back, not the bumper, using a heavy metal bracket. The bracket fits between the bumper and body, so it just looks like the bumper is involved.

You can fix the dent with a heat gun and a metal rod. Remove the bumper and drill a small hole near the dent on the backside of the bumper. Heat the dented area and push it out with the rod.
