This happened with brand new wheels after installation and balance. I can pay another 40$ to get them rebalanced, but i kind of doubt thats it.

OK i think I am retarded.....Actually Im pretty sure Im retarded. The wheels were harder to turn so I am assuming that the locker was engaged and this wire is for the dash light that keeps blinking....

yeah I was in 4LO lol....I thought they were air too, but the only things coming out of the diff are the overflow hose and this random wire with a plug thats not attached to anything.
