I measured pinion on the housing and flange same locations. Both read exactly the same. 1* positive. Same locations on the UBJ's. That's why I'm stumped. I triple checked the measurements.

I did things bass ackwards but that's just me. First I bought King 2.5 reservoir 0-2" shocks. Made a HUGE improvement IMO. I just ordered Synergy 2" springs ( not here yet ) and AEV geometry...

A little oil on the o ring helps then I snug up the cap until it seats ( bottoms out )

Nothing more is needed IMO.

Or Fab is popular but you need to drill the tub. Lots of people here including myself use a Teraflex HD hinge and carrier.

Expensive but worth it IMO.
