You could always take hwy 26 and cut back through Timber. Might be able to come in on some of the logging roads on the East side, but I think it's all gated off?

You don't need to worry about wheeling it, you just need to get a few heat cycles on them. Drive them 25-30miles and then let them cool down completely. Do that a couple times an your golden.

Always a good idea to have someone with you in case of a problem, but there are a bunch of easy trails up there. Cedar tree, hood raiser, university, Bates, etc. You can do all of those trails....

Yeah, it puts a hurtin' on the bank account, that's for sure! Don't forget to upgrade your breaks. I did the centric rotors and black magic pads and it works pretty well.
