What years fit----full doors?

Just found a set of full doors on Craigslist and was wondering if the full doors changed between '97 and '06?
The ad states it will fit '98 to '02.

My ignition switch keeps sticking when I start my Jeep and all the gauge lights stay on until I turn it back slightly by hand.

Never had to remove mine Gator, but you shouldn't break anything by removing the bracket.
May be be a pain to remove and reinstall.
