I scuffed mine a little with some 1000 grit sandpaper and used the spray can rustoleum touch-up primer/paint/clearcoat. Holding up nicely still after 5 months.

U can use a bungee cord or zip tie... swing them up parallel to the sway bar and zip tie or bungee them to the sway bar. Just be sure your tire won't hit them. Or u can use the posts they supplied...
