I'm starting to think you don't really own a vehicle until you have it's transmission out. Lol. It's back in place and bolted up except for the top two E12 bolts...hoping those go smoothly.

Yeah, this throw out bearing is totally trashed. Didn't explode and fall apart but it's super loud and the back side is kinda chewed up.
