New gasket lining for fender flares??

I had my bushwacker fender flares sprayed with line X, now the gasket stripping will not go back on. Any ideas what to replace this with?

Unless it's a snorkel or hood scoop it's actually R.A.M air right? If a cold air (R.A.M) intake doesn't help that much, what about a throttle body spacer and larger diameter throttle body?

But, that is a lot of money out of pocket to build one. Take it to a mechanic that you trust and have him look it over with a fine tooth comb, checking the fluids etc.
