Basically, you replace one bolt at a time, with the vehicle on the ground.

The front uppers don't experience the same forces as the lowers. Stock, they are smaller diameter bolts, with a 75 ft lbs torque spec.

The TJ torque spec for the front axle side trackbar bolt is only 55 ft lbs. Don't try to torque it to 125 ft lbs--the JK spec.
