Rack is a Gobi Stealth. It's $$$, but American made and mighty stout; you can haul a ton of stuff up...

Kinda wish I'd gone with a cheaper solution, but I use these, too. On the passenger side, I mount the mirror on the lower hinge, as the dash blocks visibility if I mount it on the upper hinge.
