Yes it makes total sense to rotate all 5 tires. There can be up to an inch difference between a brand new tire and a worn tire of the same kind.
Rotating all 5 tires prolongs the need to replace...

I've always had winches on quads and used them regularly but I just recently got a winch...

You got it. Change the tire pressure enough and it does affect your speed and that is why I said measure at your road pressure. Do believe me, try it.

Or a Flatlink if you have a plate over it. You can easily in-splice the Syn rope, remove the hook the re-splice with thimble for use with the Prolink or Flatlink.

Can't trust posted tire specs by manufacturers, you will be sorrily disappointed... There are very few tires out there that actually measure their advertised height and some that are barely taller...
