I calculated it to be tuned to 30hz but after some more research I might ditch the port. With a correctly sized sealed box I think I will have better results

How much of a difference will the material make? Should I switch to mdf? The specs I believe are

Bottom width: 7.5"
Top width: 11"
Length: 22"
Height: 12.5"

And it will be 3 inches off of...
