I was thinking it would run alright, but read some other things where they say with the way the 4.2 is made and the stock carb at least, that they were finicky and needed the cat and O2 sensor...

I had one of these on my TJ, it looked great on the red body too. I still actually have one laying around, not used, but need another one to match it so I can put them on the JK.

I guess the elderly people had your doors off, with the missing nut on the bottom of the door pin!

I had to lift and swing for about 3 minutes per side the first time I took mine off.

Yeah my guess is the wires the drivers side plastic hides are on the passenger side on the RHD models (mailcarriers) and that is why the mounting hole is there, for the cover on those models.
