A 1 piece axle shaft is better over a posi lock in the long run. Might find out that the front driveshaft is not balanced but a machine shop can balance a shaft for around $20-30

Same amont of work as regearing, so if you cant do it yourself labor alone will run between $200-400. If it is the wheel area, the unit bearings could be bad and that's easy and cheap to replace.

It does have spark control. The spark curve for the chevy engine verses the jeep engine is different and requires a type of controller when you swap. The mpfi is optimized for the jeep engine already...
