Really!!!! I know you must be saying that tongue in cheek. I cruise out to the desert at 70+ no problem, heck I can let go of the steering wheel at 70 and it tracks straight. And this is with 35"...

How did you manage that? Rusty's off-road makes heavier drag links and tie rods. Normally the tie rod gets bent since it sits right where rocks like to grab it.

Not sure on the motor, but having the front spinning is going to burn some mpg. What gears were stock on your jeep? And I'll assume you either changed your speedo gear or you're adjusting your...

I'm running 35's with the same setup and 3.73 gears. I can do 70 in 5th gear turning less than 2000 rpm, if I need to climb I can do 70+ in 4th gear turning 2500 rpm. I get about 16 mpg on the...

Depends on your motor. If you have the 4.0 5speed 4.11's would be pretty nice on the road, 4.56 off-road. You'll get better mpg's with the 4.11 if it's a daily driver but may not have low enough...

Last case trick is to pull the rubber boot back with your finger so it doesn't seal against the opening. This lets vapors escape and keeps the noozle from shutting off from fumes. I rarely have to do...

Who made the "basic leaf springs"? Rubber bushings actually ride softer but are not as durable as prothane. Did you tighten the shackle bolts with the jeep on the ground? You say your jeep bounces,...

I put MSD wires on and that alone smoothed out my idle. Check the OHM resistance of the wires you're looking at, MSD has about the least resistance.

You sure it's not 15" rims? I have had great wear, ride, and traction with BFG AT KO. They seem to last forever. I'm now trying Goodyear MTR's but those are more off road tires than the AT KO.

Might want to consider a cowl scoop. They run around $40, you turn them so the scoop faces the windshield. This will increase the airflow through your heater.

I'm not going to encourage keeping the D35, I've gone 8.8, but many of the horror stories I would assign to driver and equipment error. I put 21 years and 200,000 miles on my D35 with a factory LSD,...
