I've tried to adjust the toe before (on Dodge 4x4s) and never seem to get it right.

Support the rear of the transfer case and drop...

Support the rear of the transfer case and drop the skid plate. I used a jack stand.

This would be a good time to replace the mount, too.

Careful removing the skid plate bolts. Soak them well...

Also, you could grind it flat, drill it out, and put a Heli-Coil in.
