Pretty well considering I did it alone, with a floor jack and no air tools. Spent most of the time looking for tools. Second time would be much quicker. Maybe 6 hours total not including lunch...

Really was not hard to get my self to drill...

Really was not hard to get my self to drill through the grill. Laid it out well.
Also did a mock up to sort of see what it would look like.
Even if the insert did not work I liked the carriage...

Just finished my grill insert. Cost about $30 and a couple of hours figuring it out.

Expanded metal grill from HD, 16 stainless carriage bolts, washers, nuts to hold the grill in place.
