What tool to use to loosen bolt for seat?

I bought a ram air mount and it's the one that hooks into the bolt of the seat. But to do that I need to unbolt that one bolt first, right? If so what tool do I use for that?

We all love our wheels. It's part of having a Jeep. How do you maintain it to keep it in best condition and avoid scratches? Should I spray it with anything? Matte black on mine.
