Sound is normal gear box rattle. You could change your tranny fluid and see if that helps if it is really annoying. My noise has dropped to near zero since changing recently and using Redline MTL.

Changed front and rear diff fluids, tranny, and transfer case. Painted diff covers while they were off, and put back on parts I took off and painted yesterday.
