Update finally. This method worked awesome. I just used an old nut and welded it to what was left of the bolt. Took a couple of tries but worked perfectly.

Any way to keep the rear seat folded up against the front seats?

I'd like to keep the rear seat folded up, but when I take off sometimes it slams back down. Any way to secure this bad boy to keep this guy in place? The jeep is a 98 BTW.
