Rear tire carrier upgrade w/o bumper

I have removed the stock bumper and installed the Evo d-ring mounts. Looks pretty good. Great clearance.

Is there any way to upgrade to a swing away tire carrier when there is no bumper? ...

Yes. Filter cap. There is a gap in the threads for the new o-ring. The old one was sitting in there looking like it was flat sided and part of the black plastic. Sorry for the typo.

I went ahead and took the "flat" gasket off. It looks like it was just the original gasket from the factory. It had flattened and hardened with age and looked a lot like part of the plastic cap...
