Purple Power or Simple Green degreasers are the best way to go. Spray it on liberally, let it soak in for minute and then give it a nice scrub. It'll have your top looking brand new.

Looks nice man! Just an unrelated suggestion; remove that 2nd steering stabilizer. It's completely unnecessary and will actually wear out your steering box over time. :)

The driveline should be fine with only 2" over stock. I have a 2.25" BB and haven't had any sort of issues to worry about.
