Mine fairs well too. Even now with 35" mud tires and lift it's fine. As long as the driver knows what they're doing. ESP really helps stop spin outs too

Yes it should move. I can move my front DS by hand just a little and I hear quite a bit of driveline slack when offroad in 4low especially when on off the clutch. Make a video of it perhaps?

Might have to undo the control arms to allow more I almost had to with my lift but my buddy had spring compressors. Are your brake lines and abs lines undone? I hope it's not hanging off those.

If you havnt yet switch your old bolts out to the 9/16 shouldered bolts. The thread about it is stickies above. The old bolt should be compressing the bushing and should have no play if it's torqued...

I was in this situation at one point as well. Skip the Mopar lift. The dealer is probably going to try and screw you over no matter what lift you have. They technically don't warrantee a Mopar lift...

Those are the turn signal wires arnt they? And no you don't have to worry about them they're water tight. I've had mine full of snow and I've had all those wires submerged in water before it's fine!
