I believe the official line from rancho is that their shocks work as limiting straps but not as bump stops.

As long as you limit your up travel to within their spec (via bump stops) they are fine...

It's really pretty easy, but make sure you hit everything with some 3 in 1 oil or some other penetrating oil every day for 3 days or so before you start. It makes it easier to get the nuts and bolts...

Your best option is probably the rancho 9000s. They're adjustable so you can dial them in how you want. I run the rancho 7000s, and have been really happy with them, and I ran the rancho 5000s...

I know some spacers can squeak depending on the order you have your spacer and factory isolater. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the teraflex, but it would be something to check
