My 2014 developed a leak a few weeks after delivery. The foam weather stripping on the passenger side was really beat up and partially missing. Dealer replaced the foam and the leak was not as bad....

Don't look at it like you are going to Corporate to punish the dealer. Corporate has resources that may not be available to the dealer. Corporate can create a STAR case and have an expert help...

Dealer just called. It was a bad o-ring on the oil filter. They changed the filter and filled it with oil. They said it runs fine.

The leaking above the door handle is most likely do to the door alignment. The body shop at a Jeep dealer should be able to adjust the door alignment in about 10 minutes.
