If you are happy with the setup then trimming is the way to go. But I would suggest skids if you go wheeling.. its better to have it than not.

Do you have winch and aftermarket bumpers? Gotta think about skids too that would add weight and you will lose some of that extra space you have now.
Personally I would leave it alone just in case...

Nothing to brag about. The reason why I got it is to recalibrate my speedo, update the gear ratio after I regeared. Some people notice a big difference but in my case not so much.
