Drive in a circle for 10-15 min. I've owned 2 jks and each one took this method to cal. Simply drove around for 1k + mi without it calibrating until I did this.

Well when u place them in they are at the 12 position, then you turn them to lock them in and they and up at 1030. My guess would be made in China. Obviously a whole headlight would be better...

My low beam led sits at the 1030 position as well. Splicing was easy, just a pain. Had I kept trying to fiddle with popping the wires out of the harness I'd still be at it.

Cool. Just got back from a night drive and it's def gotta be correct now. Low - 1 led, high - both. Switching the wires was the fix.

On that note, super nice lights, just a pita they came...

Yeah, I don't think that's right. That's how mine were and it was very clear that both on are a lot of light. I even plugged the OEM bulbs back in and verified low beam = one filament and high beam...
