Rear doesn't need out boarded, front does. I would call Dave, he can answer all your questions. BTF (Blue torch fab) also makes a front kit and there could be others.

One possibility, the previous owner of the D60's may have out boarded the springs on his YJ if those are full width axles. They do make kits to do that Dave's Customs Unlimited: Full-width Axle Kits...
