Did the thermostat have an air hole in it? If not, drill a 1/8" hole and put the thermo in with the hole pointed up. You will never have to bleed the cooling system again. :)

By your pic Crazy, it's the Left bolt. That bolt doesn't matter. It's the Right bold that is threaded into the frame. The Right bolt is the one I am worried about.

Anyone know what kind of nut is needed to secure the side view mirrors for a 2000 TJ? The receipt says it's a 7/16" and it's just a hair too big and doesn't tighten properly. So am I right to assume...

Front & Rear brakes

Just had the Jeep inspected last week. The brakes where listed as 4B Front and 5B Rear. Front are Disc and rear are Drum.

I'd like to replace these without paying a shop to do it.

I think the wires for those run on top of the sound bar. Remove the sound bar cover and look on the top to see if there is any exposed wires and/or rubbing.

My Jeep did the same thing with the engine temp....

My Jeep did the same thing with the engine temp. I swapped the T-stat, rad cap, and flushed the system. Still had the problem. Turned out it was the water pump. The rad cap and T-stat are cheap fixes...
