I have a 1990 YJ that didn't come with a lighter plug because it has AC and where the ashtray and plug are located is where the AC is. I had a 1995 that was the same way.

I ended up with the stainless steel header...

I ended up with the stainless steel header option. I agree that there is no real gain in hp, but after cracking two manifolds in the same spot the header has gone for over a year without an issue....
