The plywood, hardware, and carpet cost less than $80. I had most if the steel for the frame laying around in the garage. It took a fair amount of time to build as you can imagine.

Definantly want to use grade 8 hardware, can't remember the size but I ended up using wheel studs and press fit the into the bumper. I re used the nuts that held on the factory bumper.
