If it's a different color, probably best to sand blast it off, if it's the same color, you can just powdercoat over...

I own a powdercoating system, and have done it.. You should be fine, but if you chip it, you'll see the undercoating

Strange grinding noise

Buddy's 10" wrangler with 4 wheel disc brakes. (35,000 miles on it)

New brakes, and rotors, drove fine for 250 miles.


Now he's getting a crazy loud grinding noise when he is NOT on the brake...

The subs look like they are wired to two seperate terminals for each sub. I will pull the subs out and wire them to the one terminal.

I put in 75-90 valvoline non synthetic, the bottle says gl4 and gl5 approved... Double clutch DOSENT Seem to prevent the grind.. And seems to shift easier at high rpm.. Help?
