You aren't locking the differential full time.... Unless you have a locker installed. TJs have a one piece right side. The vacuum was just a YJ thing, and like I said before, it was ill conceived....

You've increased the angle of the pinion/driveshaft/transfer case. When you let off the gas, the pinion points down and temporarily increases those angles more.

Did you shim your leaf springs?
