They will fit with stock suspension. I had a 97 with no lift of any type and with 32x11.5 with aftermarket rims that had less backspace and had no problems.

Now I have an 05 with the same 32x11.5...

2005 auto 4.0 with 3.73 and 32x11.5 with 2.5 inch lift. I get 12 to 14 local driving. Havent checked a full tank of highway miles.
