Clunks are generally slack in the drive train somewhere start by checking the u-joints on the rear drive shaft. That sounds almost exactly what mine was doing although mine would occasionally do it...

they are just sheet metal screws going into a metal sleeve clip, they don't have a specific thread size that they need. Anything of similar size will fit.

They are the 6" flares, 12.5" wide tires at 3.75"...

They are the 6" flares, 12.5" wide tires at 3.75" backspace. The flares cover tires perfectly. Luckily IN had no fender or mudflap laws so I can run with or without them no problem.

I shouldn't need to swap anything from one transfer case to the other. I went with a second mainly just to have a spare and have the ability to get the SYE and tranny setup to make the swap easier....
